Helping Veterans offers a wide-range of therapeutic classes, workshops, and services to homeless, at-risk for homelessness, and transitioning veterans who have been diagnosed with mental illnesses such as PTS [post-traumatic stress] or TBI [traumatic brain injury] as a result of military service.
Programs will teach veterans to rely on themselves, providing the opportunity to learn resiliency skills that improve upon their overall quality of life, while developing the necessary tools to obtain and sustain their desired level of economic security.
Individuals participating in our programs are required to be fully engaged in the appropriate long-term, community based and/or Veterans Administration (VA) therapeutic support program(s) to meet their unique needs.
We are polishing up some minor web pages but all of our current information on events, projects and donations are online. Thank you for your continued help and support. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
